Ingredients
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 Onion
- Spinach
- Baby Tomatoes
- Smoked Salmon
- Sliced Mushrooms
- Butter
How to Cook
- Cut off a slice of butter and place it in a stove top pan, turn heat to medium.
- Slice Onion and Mushroom into small pieces and place in pan. Cook for 5 minutes on medium heat.
- Crack eggs and place in pan, quickly scramble eggs and cook for 2-3 minutes while stirring occasionally.
- Place smoked salmon, spinach and baby tomatoes in pan. Cook for 1 minute while stirring.

Sounds like the breakfast I make! (I do 3 eggs but use only 2 yolks and no butter to help cut back on cholesterol.)
What are some good snacks ? Is fruit between meals okay or is it too high in sugar?
